O-(1H-Benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N',N'-tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate is used as used for solid-phase peptide synthesis. It is also used to study ten different phosphonium and uronium salt-based coupling reagents, which are used to synthesize four peptides.

Incompatible with oxidizing agents. Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature is 2-8?°C. Sensitive to light and moisture. Store under inert gas.
