4-(溴甲 基)苯甲酸甲酯

Methyl 4-(bromomethyl)benzoate is used in the preparation of potential anti-HIV agents. It i s also used as a catalyst for rearrangement of benzylthiothiazoline derivatives in the preparation aldose reductase inhibitors.

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Air sensitive. Handle and store under inert gas. Keep away from strong oxidizing agents, strong bases. Stable under recommended storage conditions.
