| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Diosmetin exhibits anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antimicrobial, phytoestrogenic, and neuroprotective properties. It displays cytoprotective effects against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) by inhibiting nucleotide-binding domain (NOD)-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome and activating nuclear factor erythroid 2–related factor 2 (Nrf2). Flavonoid from Citrus limon. Antioxidant. Inhibits carcinogen activation by inhibiting the CYP1A1 enzyme. |
