It exhibits anti-cancer effects on human prostate cancer. It also increases the chemosensitivity of breast cancer cells to doxorubicin treatment. Jervine may be used for treating hypertension and heart disease. Jervine is a sonic hedgehog (Shh) pathway inhibitor. |
