| General description【一般描述】 | Cdk4 exists, in part, as a multi-protein complex with a D-type cyclin, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and a protein inhibitor, p21Cip1. Cdk4 associates separately with p16, particularly in cells lacking a functional retinoblastoma protein. Monoclonal Anti-Cdk4 (mouse IgG2a isotype) is derived from the DCS-31 hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 is localized in human chromosome 12q14.1. |
