| Application【应用】 | 一种含有四个钙离子的热稳定性(嗜热性)细胞外金属内肽酶。辅助因子是锌和钙。水解疏水性氨基酸残基N-末端的蛋白质键。最适pH为8.0，活性的最适温度为70℃。在pH 5-9.5范围内非常稳定。嗜热菌蛋白酶具有较低的切割特异性，因此，它能产生许多适合测序的短片段。优先切割顺序： X-切割-Y-Z，其中X = 任何氨基酸；Y = Leu，Phe，Ile，Val，Met，Ala；Z是除Pro以外的任何氨基酸。切割Leu的N末端优先于切割Phe的N末端，它们优于其他氨基酸。常用于限制性蛋白水解以绘制肽图谱以及蛋白质结构和构象变化研究。 |
