| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | ATG4B(自噬相关4B半胱氨酸肽酶)参与哺乳动物凋亡的调节。它还参与轻链3 (LC3)的脂质化。ATG4B负责处理哺乳动物Atg8的同源物：16 kDa高尔基体相关ATPase增强子(GATE16)、γ-氨基丁酸 A型受体相关蛋白(GABARAP)和LC3。它在合成后立即去除proLC3的羧基末端区域，从而生成可溶性LC3-1，并暴露出羧基末端Gly。 |
