Guanosine monophosphate reductase 2 (GMPR2) is known to promote monocytic differentiation in HL-60 leukemia cells. Lack of GMPR2 expression has been linked to basal phenotype and patient outcome in breast carcinomas.
Rabbit Anti-GMPR2 antibody recognizes canine, bovine, human, mouse, rat, and zebrafish GMPR2.

Synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal region of human GMPR2

Rabbit Anti-GMPR2 antibody is suitable for western blot applications at a concentration of 5 μg/ml.

GMPR2 catalyzes the irreversible NADPH-dependent deamination of GMP to IMP. It functions in the conversion of nucleobase, nucleoside and nucleotide derivatives of G to A nucleotides, and in maintaining the intracellular balance of A and G nucleotides. It plays a role in modulating cellular differentiation.
