| General description【一般描述】 | NSEP1 (YBX1) is a nuclease sensitive element binding protein that belongs to the EFIA protein family and has a cold shock domain. It also regulates the translation of ferritin, renin and interleukin 2, and is involved in the synthesis of proteins containing selenium. Furthermore, NSEP1 gene disruption is known to cause early embryonic fatality in mice. Rabbit Anti-NSEP1 (AB2) antibody recognizes chicken, human, mouse, rat, canine, bovine, and rabbit NSEP1. |
