| General description【一般描述】 | Lck, also referred to as T cell-specific protein tyrosine kinase, is a 56kD protein that belongs to Src family of non-receptor tyrosine protein kinases and is expressed mainly in T cells. It has a pivotal role in the initiation of pre-TCR and T-cell antigen receptor (TCR)-linked signal transduction pathways. Anti-phospho-Lck (pTyr192) antibody reacts specifically with Lck (pTyr192) in humans. |
| Immunogen【免疫原】 | synthetic phosphopeptide derived from the region of Lck that is phosphorylated on tyrosine 192. Human and mouse have 100% homology. |
| Application【应用】 | Anti-phospho-Lck (pTyr192) antibody can be used in western blotting (diluted 1:1000) using full length recombinant human Lck protein. |
