The encoded protein belongs to the endophilin family of BAR and Src homology 3 domain-containing proteins. SH3GLB2 localizes in the meshwork of perinuclear filamentous structures. The protein contains an N-BAR (bin, amphiphysin and rvs) domain and a SH3 (src homology 3) domain. |
