| General description【一般描述】 | TRIM9 is a tripartite motif containing protein that functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase in the cerebral cortex. It is also known to modulate ventral guidance via the UNC-6/UNC-40 pathway. Repression of TRIM9 has been linked to disorders such as dementia with Lewy bodies and Parkinson′s disease. Rabbit Anti-TRIM9 antibody recognizes human TRIM9. |
