| General description【一般描述】 | The antibody recognizes cell surface mouse TNF RI (55 kDa) and exhibits TNF agonist activities. The antibody shows < 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TNF sRI and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human TNFsRII. |

| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | The biological effects of tumor necrosis factor soluble factor (TNSF) are mediated by either type I or type II receptors. Type I receptors that are ubiquitously present on all cells whereas type II receptors are expressed only on cells of immune system and endothelial cells. Receptors of TNFSF such as TNFR1 and Fas have their own death domains that activate the apoptosis. Other receptors such as TNFR2 do not have death domains and utilize TNF associated factors (TRAFs) to activate intracellular signaling. The pathways activated via TNFsRI include NF-κB, JNK and MAPK. |
