| General description【一般描述】 | Tumor suppressor candidate 3 (TUSC3) codes for a subunit of the endoplasmic reticulum-bound oligosaccharyltransferase complex. It is a 348 amino acid protein, that has 11 exons spanning ∼224 Kbp of the genomic DNA. TUSC3 has five potential transmembrane domains and is located on human chromosome 8p22. |
