Hexokinase is activated by catecholamines and related compounds；抑制剂(Inhibitors)：sorbose-1-phosphate, polyphosphates, 6-deoxy-6-fluoroglucose, 2-C-hydroxy-methylglucose, xylose, lyxose, and thiol reactive compounds (Hg2+ and 4-chloromercuribenzoate) 用途：本品仅供科研，不得用于其它用途。为催化己糖6位上由ATP使之产生磷酸化反应的酶。对α－D葡萄糖的亲和性很高(Km=1×10－5M)，对其他的己糖也可进行磷酸化。此反应的平衡向右偏移。△G°’=4.0千卡。该酶可被Mg2 、 K 所活化，但可被HS试剂阻抑。 保存：-20℃ |
