Clone 1K10 is a ZooMAb rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically detects Pre-mRNA-processing factor 19 (PRPF19). It targets an epitope within 20 amino acids from the N-terminal region.

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to 20 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human Pre-mRNA-processing factor 19 (PRPF19).

Anti-PRPF19, clone 1K10 ZooMAb, Cat. No. ZRB1068, is a recombinant Rabbit monoclonal antibody that specifically targets PRPF19s and is tested for use in Affinity Binding Assay, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin), and Western Blotting.
Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected PRPF19 in HeLa, Jurkat, and L6 cell lysates.

Affinity Binding Assay: A representative lot of this antibody bound PRPF19 peptide with a KD of 2.4 x 10-6 in an affinity binding assay.

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected PRPF19 in HeLa, A431, HUVEC, and NIH 3T3 cells.

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected PRPF19 in human colon and human testis tissue sections.

Pre-mRNA-processing factor 19 (UniProt: Q9UMS4; also known as EC:2.3.2.27, Nuclear matrix protein 200, PRP19/PSO4 homolog, hPso4, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase PRP19, Senescence evasion factor, PRPF19) is encoded by the PRPF19 (also known as NMP200, PRP19, SNEV) gene (Gene ID: 27339) in human. PRPF19 is a homotetrameric protein that is ubiquitously expressed. Its expression in shown to be elevated in tumor cell lines. PRPF19 is a ubiquitin-protein ligase which is a core component of several complexes mainly involved pre-mRNA splicing and DNA repair. It is required for pre-mRNA splicing as component of the spliceosome. During assembly of the spliceosome it mediates lysine 63-linked polyubiquitination of the U4 spliceosomal protein PRPF3 and ubiquitination of PRPF3 allows its recognition by the U5 component PRPF8 and stabilizes the U4/U5/U6 tri-snRNP spliceosomal complex. PRPF19 distribution varies with the cell cycle stage. It is shown to be nucleoplasmic in interphase cells and is irregularly distributed in anaphase cells. In the prophase stage it is uniformly distributed and in metaphase stage it is found in the extrachromosomal regions. This ZooMAb recombinant monoclonal antibody, generated by our propriety technology, offers significantly enhanced specificity, affinity, reproducibility, and stability over conventional monoclonals.

Recommend storage of lyophilized product at 2-8℃; Before reconstitution, micro-centrifuge vials briefly to spin down material to bottom of the vial; Reconstitute each vial by adding 25 μL of filtered lab grade water or PBS; Reconstituted antibodies can be stored at 2-8℃, or -20℃ for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws.
