| General description【一般描述】 | The antibody will neutralize human cell surface CXCR-2 mediated-myloperoxidase release from human granulocytes induced by GROα. It will not block myeloperoxidase release induced by IL-8. The antibody reacts with human CXCR-2 transfectant cells and not the parent cell line. The antibody shows no cross-reactivity with CXCR-1. |
