| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | To prepare stock solutions, gently dissolve Exbumin in DPBS, PBS or basal media at a concentration of 50-100mg/mL. If needed, allow Exbumin to completely dissolve overnight at 4℃ in a dark environment. Filter sterilization with a 0.8μm filter followed by a 0.2μm filter is recommended. Liquid solutions can be stored for 4 weeks at 4℃ in the dark. |
