| Application【应用】 | 18:0-22:6 PG or 1-stearoyl-2-docosahexaenoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1′-rac-glycerol) (sodium salt) has been used as a standard in bilayer vesicles for the systematic analysis of different oxidized phospholipid (Ox-PL) patterns by oxidation of PL vesicles using a Cu2+ solution. It has also been used in liposomes, to serve as an acidic phospholipid control and to determine the lipid-binding properties of the Praja-1 protein and also its E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase action. |
