| Application【应用】 | M-PA Agar Base is recommended for the detection and isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by membrane filter technique. |
| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | Suspend 39.68 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50℃ and aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of M-PA Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 73075). Mix well and use as desired. |
