| Application【应用】 | Myoglobin from human heart has been used as a negative control in monitoring isoAsp formation during storage. It has also been used as an antigen in the study to identify self-antigens recognized by serum autoantibodies from unimmunized mice strains. Myoglobin from human heart was used to study the interactions of a platinum (II) 9-aminoacridine complex with proteins and oligonucleotides by ESI-TOF MS. It was also used in the evaluation of plasma myoglobin using the Stratus CS fluorometer. |
