| General description【一般描述】 | Multidrug resistance associated protein 1 (MRP1) is present in subcellular vesicles and is composed of 1531 amino acids. It has a molecular weight of 190kDa. The gene encoding MRP1 is localized in human chromosome 16p13.11. Monoclonal Anti-MRP1 (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the QCRL-4 hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells (SP2/O) and splenocytes from mice. MRP1 protein belongs to the multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP) subfamily of adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. |

| Immunogen【免疫原】 | non-denatured membrane preparations of H69AR human small cell lung cancer cell line, which highly expresses MRP1. The epitope resides within the second nucleotide-binding domain of human MRP1 between amino acids 1294-1531. |

| Storage and Stability【储存及稳定性】 | For continuous use, store at 2-8 ℃ for up to one month. For prolonged storage, freeze in working aliquots at −20 ℃. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Storage in frost-free freezers is also not recommended. If slight turbidity occurs upon prolonged storage, clarify the solution by centrifugation before use. Working dilutions should be discarded if not used within 12 hours. |
