| Specificity【特异性】 | Recognizes human Per 1 (RIGUI). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with Per 2, Per 3, dPer or other known proteins. The immunogen sequence has 100% homology with mouse and rat Per1 and 65% with chicken. Reactivity with other species has not been confirmed. Per 1 is a protein of ~136 kDa. |
