| General description【一般描述】 | Adapter protein containing PH domain, PTB domain and leucine zipper motif 1 (APPL1) is also called DCC-interacting protein 13-alpha (Dip13-alpha). APPL1 is necessary for cell proliferation in response to extracellular signals and links Rab5 to nuclear signal transduction. APPL1 is expressed at high levels in heart, ovary, pancreas, and skeletal muscle tissues. |
