| General description【一般描述】 | T-cadherin (CDH13), also known as Cadherin 13, is a member of the cadherin superfamily. This protein is unique from its other family members in that it lacks the cytoplasmic domains and is anchored to the cells membrane through the GPI anchor. T-cadherin is widely expressed in the cardiovascular system. Mutations in T-cadherin have been associated with many types of cancer. |
