Each maleimide group reacts with a sulfhydryl group, and the TFP ester reacts with a free amine. The single molecular weight dPEG® spacer is hydrophilic and non-immunogenic. This reagent can be used to modify or form conjugates with antibodies, antibody fragments, peptides, and small molecules. |
