| Reconstitution【重悬】 | Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 500mL of distilled or deionized water, will yield a 1X solution containing 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, 138mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, pH 7.4 at 25 ℃. Certified to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free. Certified for use in cell culture. |
