| Application【应用】 | Tris buffer is a general use buffer for many applications including cell culture and Western blot. Tris is commonly used as a component for other Tris containing buffers such as Tris acetate-EDTA and Tris borate-EDTA. |
| Reconstitution【重悬】 | Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 500 mL of ultrapure water, will yield a 0.1M Tris solution, pH 7.0 at 25 ℃. Contents tested to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free. This product is suitable for use in cell culture and electrophoresis applications. |
