| Application【应用】 | Tris Glycine is commonly used as a transfer buffer for Western blotting. It is also used as a running buffer in native gel electrophoesis for protein separation. |
| Reconstitution【重悬】 | Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 500 mL of ultrapure water, will yield a 1x solution containing 50 mM Tris, 138 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, pH 7.6 at 25 ℃. Contents tested to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free. This product is suitable for use in cell culture applications. |
