| General description【一般描述】 | Microtubule-associated protein 4 (MAP4) is a ubiquitous non-neuronal microtubule-associated protein. This protein binds, polymerizes, and stabilizes microtubules and is thought to regulate microtubule dynamics during the cell cycle. p34cdc2 kinase phosphorylation of MAP4 appears to regulate the control of microtubule reorganization at mitosis (Ookata, 1997). |

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: 1:500 dilution from a previous lot detected MAP4 in HeLa, NIH/3T3, and A431 cells. |
