| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | 工作浓度：0.05至0.5 mg/ml 储存条件(工作溶液)：在中性pH和无菌条件下，胃蛋白酶溶液可以在2至8℃下稳定储存至少1周。冷冻的酶溶液分装品可能更稳定。 溶剂为10mM HCl(5-10mg/ml)的储备溶液也可以在2至8℃下稳定储存至少1周。避光、密闭保存。 在40℃下短暂(2分钟)孵育对冻干胃蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶溶液的活性的影响可忽略不计。 |
